Statement of Responsibility for Temporary Political Signs:
Candidates and campaigns that place temporary political signs must file a Statement of Responsibility with the California Department of Transportation, naming the person responsible for removing the signs. Additional restrictions on the placement of political signs may exist. Review the Candidate Filing Guide for more information.

Note for County candidates who file a statement of organization for a controlled committee:
The County of San Bernardino Campaign Finance Reform Ordinance [County Code section 12.4305(d)] requires that a candidate establish a separate controlled committee and campaign bank account for each election they plan to seek election or re-election. Candidates may not re-designate an existing controlled campaign and bank account as a campaign account for a future election.

Polling Place Voter List – 2024 General Election
For campaigns tracking voter turnout:

- The list can be viewed by polling place or by precinct.
- This list is updated hourly while the polls are open.
- Polling places are open November 5 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
